KIDS MAKING NIKE SHOES
BEAVERTON, OR – Kids, mainly ages 14 to 18, and a good majority of them being athletes, are making shoes for Nike. The popularity of NikeID has promted high schoolers to spend great quantities of time designing their own shoes. Eyebrows have been raised to whether this is a good thing for children who are trying to attend school and participate in extracurricular activities. "These children are in no way employed by or affiliated with Nike as a company. We do, however, support a high schoolers right to express his creativity through his shoes." A Nike spokesperson said. "As long as it isn’t cutting into to his studies or school functions, we see no problem with kids making shoes." Parents seem to be supportive as well. "Our son has never shown interest in anything other than playing baseball until now. He even designed shoes for his entire highschool team," said the parents of one amateur designer.

NIKE "SUPER SHOES" CAUSES A STIR IN HIGH SCHOOLS
BEAVERTON, OR – High school athletes all around the country have begun an experiment. Thanks to NikeID, these clever athletes are making footwear they are calling "Super Shoes". They are blending designs from their favorite athlete’s Nike Shoes to create the ultimate shoe. "It’s fun. You can have a piece of Kobe, LeBron and Carmelo all in one. Each of them are great so imagine how good all three of them would be together," said high school senior and captain of the basketball team. "I call mine the Kobrons. I feel better when I wear them." A Nike spokesman was quick to point out that no Nike shoe could make any athlete better but that "if these young athletes feel more confident when they play, Nike supports the new trend 100%."

THE WORLD IS WAITING FOR THE FINAL AND 513,455,197 MILLIONTH ID SHOE TO BE CREATED
BEAVERTON, OR – Nike thought this day would never come. With so many options on their NikeID website, they estimated there to be more than 200 million combinations of shoes. "With all of the possible colors and styles of shoes on the site, we never thought they would all be made," said a Nike spokesman. After the 300 millionth combination was made, Nike figured out exactly how many combinations there were: 513,455,197. Now, over 500 million have been made and it’s only matter of time before the final combination is designed.

Nike has decided to do something big for the final pair being discovered. The person who does stumble on the final pair of NikeID’s to be created will receive a job as a Nike shoe designer. "The fact that this is the last combination of a shoe design made exemplifies exactly what we expect of our designers: a unique approach that no one has ever thought of," said a Nike spokesman. The designer could very well be a high school athlete as the majority of traffic is high school athletes designing their own shoes.
